I'm not exactly sure what to do with Celyn's player not being around anymore. Just NPC her out of the picture and find a new medic or keep her on the ship and pretend nothing has happened?

Write her as there, but not necessarily as a huge part of the thread at this point. Hopefully she'll show up. I can try to email her with a different account, since I have a feeling the one I sent from my hotmail probably just went to junk mail. Hopefully she still uses that email too...

Ok, I'll do that.
On the emailing part, I think I might have emailed her as well. I had went to her account profile and noticed an advertisement she had put up for a separate board. I went to it, and it seemed she was an admin/moderator for it. It was hosted on invisionfree, which allows you to send an email to the email address that's tied to the account. I did that (emailed, that is) to the main admin account of the site.
The problem is, I have no idea if that's Cheyy who owns that account or not. So I've been visiting the sight every few days to see if I can catch the admin account on, which I haven't been able to.
