"Aw, and I was going to say the complete opposite," Eli smirked at her under his hood. The ride had been an interesting one, and Eli was relieved to finally be at his destination in a brand new place, but he had to admit to himself he was going to miss Grace. He'd definitely grown fond of her. Enough, even, to realize she was better alive than dead, especially as an ally, rather than a victim. Clearly, she didn't see it the same way.
Or maybe she did, he thought further as she gave him the list of names to take out. Clearly he was still of use to her, even though it was somewhat of a payment, or so she claimed. He had a feeling she'd planned this part all along. He scanned the list, having no idea how he was going to find them in so many people. Still, he glanced back up at her with an amused smile. "No problem. If I'm going to kill someone anyway, it may as well be an even more useful kill than previously planned."
He turned his attention to the doorway. Just step inside, she said. Easy for her to say, knowing what was going to happen when he did. For all he knew it was some sort of trap. Unfortunately, he could do nothing but trust her. He'd done it thus far, he would have to do it just a little longer. Eli stepped into the room, turning back to give her one last smirk and a salute, before the doors surprised him by closing by themselves.

Grace snorted a little at Eli's smirk. Truth be told, she was a little fond of the vampire. It was a shame he wasn't anything but a vampire, or at least wasn't a vampire with his instincts under control. If he were anything else, she would have been doing her best to sweet talk him into joining her crew. But right now? They were both safer if they never saw one another again. If he hadn't already figured that out, he would soon enough.
"That's the spirit. Do a good enough job, and maybe I might end up owing you something." Grace waited until Elijah stepped in the elevator, and laughed at the smirk and salute. She managed a wave before the doors came closed, clearly surprising the hell out of him. She shouted to him, through the glass, "Good luck!" It was more than she'd ever wished anybody else, and shockingly, she meant it. Good luck Eli.
The elevator descended, and she stayed and watched it slip out of sight. It would deposit him on the floor of the Underworld, and from there he could go wherever he liked. Hopefully far away from the spaceport, but that was up to him. Grace instead glanced at the eInkr, and her bank account, and felt an overwhelming sense of satisfaction. The trip had been rough, and it has lost her a few crew members, but it had been worth it.
She tucked it away and headed back to her ship, whistling happily to herself.
