describe full personality = Lealia is always happy, big beaming smile on her face no matter what she's doing. She's smart as a whip and more than happy to try solve any problem you have, so long as you consider a weapon the solution. Her glee at building new and intresting (and dangerous) weapons is often overwhelming. Lealia does have a nasty streak in her, enjoying when other people are put in pain or embarassed by her actions, but most of the time she's a decent girl. Being friends with Lealia means never being bored. [/size][/ul]
so the story begins...
Lealia was born in a Top family, the only child of two scientists. She followed in her parent's footsteps from the very begining, applying herself to school and helping them as a little lab assistant. Her life was a happy one and she was glad to be living in the Top where she had access to all the sciences she could ever wish. Her parents adored her and while they doted on her, they also made sure that she had a work ethic so she wouldn't be content to sponge off their modest fortune. There was no need to worry: Lealia was too busy and too driven to ever put up with a life of luxury.
She went straight from school to university, and applied herself to new sciences. However, her interests moved away from her parent's more traditional sciences to the dangerous field of weapon development. The universe became uncomfortable with the items Lealia was creating, particularly due to how unconcerned Lealia was with the knowledge that her weapons could not only kill but horribly maim military and civilians alike. They have her an ultimatum: stop building weapons or have her funding revoked. Two weeks later, she accidentally blew up the west wing of the university with experimental and unstable Sonic technology. No one was hurt, but the University revoked her funding and expelled her. She was furious and left Terra immediately, buying a ship and taking all her work with her. She set up shop on the Underworld and began selling her weapons to people who would appreciate her work. She still keeps in contact with her parents who don't understand why she's doing things, but accept that she's happy the way she is.
role play example =
It was an ordinary day on the Underworld and Lealia was demonstrating weapons, as she usually did. Her shop was a cluttered mess, wires and silver guns and strange glowing things scattered all over the place. Right now, she was holding a cluster grenade in her hand.
The man she was selling to was a friend of a friend, but Lealia was more than happy to sell to anybody who came in. Her weapons were for anybody, assuming they could pay the money to keep her in business and development.
"Are you sure these are going to work?" He asked, looking at the weapon in the palm of her hand with mistrust. It was smaller than conventional grenades, and to the untrained eye, it looked like anything you could get in the Below or some other weapons shop.
Lealia just smiled and carefully set the grenade in a box and set the box into the airlock/canon. She pulled the pin and then jettisoned it into space. It went tumbling out, the bright box marking it's movement as it floated away from the window and toward a junkship Lealia had attached to the Underworld with heavy chains. The box came within two feet of the ship, and exploded, reducing the ship's hull to shreds. Little pieces of shrapnel hit the window and bounced off. The man stared at the shredded hull, and then at the intact store hull and window. Lealia beamed, "I also sell reinforced polycarbonate thermoplastic windows and triple-coated hull plating!" The key with selling was upselling. And the grenades were always good for upselling.
