Unwin glanced around Lealia's weapon shop, with his locked briefcase tightly in hand. His first stop in was when he had found his favorite gun, the one he carried every where. His SIG Sauer Mosquito. A handy little pistol with quite the bite. He'd always stop in when low on ammo for it because he found it the safest place to buy ammunition when you've got a target on your head. All the Big stores back on mostly require all sorts of information which we really wasn't willing to give out.
He knew Lealia wouldn't give him any trouble. She never had in the past so he wasn't to worried. "Hey Lealia, long time no see. How much you got in the way of .22lr ammo right now?" He asked casually as he glanced through the shelves. He was on his last round of ammunition, and needed to make sure he picked up a bit more before taking off again.
He flipped the eye patch up for a second to get a better look at something and then replaced it, before glancing up at the counter.

"Got a new shipment in the other day!" Lealia liked Unwin. The man paid in cash and never caused any trouble. If all her clients were like him, she'd be a happy woman. But probably bored, and Lealia didn't like being bored more than she liked having money.
She stooped behind the counter, unlocking it and sorting through her shells. She found them, nestled in snug with the rest of the .22 ammo. "How many boxes do you need?" Lea stacked three on the counter. Unwin always liked to stock up. She understood that. It was hell to get weapons on Terran run bases. There were applications and paperwork, and (bleh) background checks. Who needed that hassle? As far as Lealia was concerned, if you had the money to buy it, then you were qualified to use it! And if you weren't, you'd probably get yourself killed and that was only fair.
"Haven't seen you around in a while! Where'd you end up?" She leaned on the counter, grinning at him. Lea was pretty sure she wouldn't get a straight answer, but Unwin's lies were always so amusing. The truth was probably boring anyway.

"Two is probably good for now," He stated and walked up to the counter. He glanced at various updates on a stolen eInkr he'd recently acquired. And there it was. The bounty. Shit... As he noticed the pricing he made a small amused smirk. It's good to know that if I'm completely intact I'm worth more. That might save me some trouble with a few.
"I've been whoring myself out to keep up with all my crap, and spending habits," He replied with a smile. Truth had it that he had just scored some important research and chemicals he was planning on using very shortly. He just needed to get back to his room in one piece.
"How much do I owe this time?" He usually ended up spending a lot when he stopped back at the Underworld. But who did he care, his money was mostly coned from people so in a sense they were paying for everything for him.

"Two's a good number!" She slipped one box back under, locking up automatically. Lealia knew better than to leave anything out in the open. Thieves got into anything and everything. It was like they had a weird sixth sense.
She giggled at his remarks. The idea of Unwin as an actual whore was just too rich. Of course, she knew what he really meant, but the thought was just too good to pass up. Especially considering how little the whores wore down at the Painted Lady.
"One hundred credits." She bagged the bullets for him, throwing in a flyer with her latest inventions on it. Upselling was the name of the game, especially upselling her own personal inventions. Everybody on the Underworld knew who she was. And soon, with a little hard work, so would everybody in the System. Especially the university. They'd be wishing they'd never revoked her funding.
Oh hey, there was somebody she could ask Weasel to knock off! Maybe he even had discounts for bulk orders. She'd have to run it by Earl.
Lea leaned on the counter, "Are you staying long?"

Unwin reached into his pocket and pulled out a yellow coin and passed it to Lealia before picking up the bag with the boxes in his free arm.
"My stay depends on how long this takes," He lifted the brief case slightly, "Hopefully I'm not staying for too long. I'm not a fan of staying in one spot for too long if I'm not getting anything out of it." Doing what he did for a living staying mobile was the best way to avoid being caught.
"Oh, is there any where in this place that I can get my hands on some contact lenses without having to go back to Terra?" He asked. If anyone knew Lealia would. She knew more about this hunk of floating metal than most. She was also one of the most trustworthy people he knew from the Underworld.

Lealia happily took the cash, punched it into the register and slid it in through the slot. The register was a familiar thing on the Underworld, a theft-proof (or as close to theft-proof as you could get) register. Coins went in one slot, and came out of the other after calculating change. In this case, there was nothing to give back.
She nodded about the mobile bit. Made sense. A guy like Unwin couldn't do his job here, especially not while surrounded by people who wouldn't fall for his bullshit. The women were all too jaded and the men were too suspicious to believe any good deal that had fallen in their lap.
"Let's see..." Lea tapped her chin while she thought. Contacts, contacts. Not the surgery brigade on the left arm, they'd just scoop it out and that was no good. What else was there? "Oh!" She perked up, "You should head down to the whorehouse and ask for Lilah! She's the one who takes care of everybody's makeup and hair! And I'm willing to bet she's got contacts for the girls too!"

Unwin thought about it, she was probably his best bet. "Thanks, you're a life saver. And well..." He looked around, "a life destroyer too." He laughed and made a small wave.
"I'll see ya round," with that Unwin left and headed to his room first to drop off his stuff. He wasn't too worried about people breaking in to it, he had enough locks and security to keep people out. If they really wanted in, they'd have to blow a wall out which would kind of defeat the purpose of looking for him because all the important stuff he'd stolen would be destroyed. Only a dim wit would do it that way.

Lea giggled again. Unwin had that right. She waved back, "Bye Unwin! Good luck!" She didn't know what his newest scheme was going to be, but anything involving contacts had to be fun.
She waited until he was out of sight before turning on the safety grid. The moment someone stepped foot in her stop, it would ding in her lab and let her know it was time to come out. It also ran a current of electricity through nearly everything in the shop. Anybody who tried to snatch-and-grab would get zapped.
Whistling, she headed back through the curtain at the mouth of the small hall leading to her laboratory. Her latest attempt at a laser rifle was laying on the bench, insides split open. She was still having trouble with it. The laser worked, but it didn't burn nearly enough to be worth using, unless you wanted to give someone a first-degree burn.

Unwin made it back to his room to drop the suit case off before heading down to see if he can get a few pairs of contact lenses. But once he got to his room and opened the case to put the things away did he notice something. He quickly ruffled through the papers and scanned them as well as checking the bottles. They all had enough in them except for one. He scanned the paper again and looked at the bottle, "Shit..." There wasn't enough chemical for what he needed and this particular chemical was only found on Terra. He had to go back. He was hoping he wouldn't have to go back for a while, he was going to lay low until some of the alert on him was slowly trailed off to other people. But in order to finish this experiment he needed the rest of that chemical.
He packed what he had away and snarled angrily as he locked his room up. He headed to the whorehouse to find Lilah. Sure enough she had what he wanted, unfortunately she charged him more than he had hoped for he contacts but he had the money and paid her. Now, I need to get back to Terra...
After grabbing what he needed to go back to Terra, he eye'd a few small shuttles recently docked and picked out his favorites. He knew how to handle a smaller craft and as one drunk captain decided to pass out he simply slipped the pass card out of their possession to gain access to the shuttle. No tricks needed, for once he thanked alcohol for an easy get away.
Engine started, he eased out of the Docks and headed back to the metal rock he called home.
