Alright there's a few of us now with a couple characters... we should maybe get some ideas where we're going before we start on Saturday...
anyone have any direct ideas or anything?
So far for me, I know Solomon and Olive are together on the Adeala. Olive will either become the ship's terrible (at this point) chef, or an apprentice if a real cook is hired. Obviously Solomon is captain. No destination is set yet. That's the plan so far...
I also have an idea for a Winged girl, but not much for her other than "I want to make her and I know who I want to use her".
Oh also, the idea of Selkies has been suggested. Obviously they'd be on the planet Corus (or Glacies perhaps? hmmm). Any suggestions on how we could incorporate them in?

Grace and Klove are going to going to Nox after they recruit a new crew on Terra. For once, their scheme is actually legal (though possibly immoral) but incredibly dangerous since they'll be dealing with vamps. So they'll be looking mostly for mercs, an engineer and some sort of medic. They'll also probably be roaming around in the Below and offering money for blood.
Holo is going to chill out on Glacies and hunt some mammoths, maybe run into the spaceport for supplies and doing some fishing.
As for Selkies, I totally support them. Putting them on Glacies would be a fantastic idea and they would fit in with the general arctic theme. I think it would be easy to have people be completely unaware of them and not realize they're not just regular wildlife. Then the Selkies could pass as humans (except they'd need to guard their skins with their lives).

Yeah it might work better on Glacies, since there's only one native sentient race there so far. And then the cool balance I've created between merpeople and winged doesn't get thrown off by a 3rd sentient race...

Makes sense to me! They could probably have some sort of underwater settlement that humans are unaware of due to the thick ice.

Caden and Enan are looking for a crew to join, but I'm currently unsure of which direction I want them to go. Sticking together would probably provide more entertainment but having them apart could start more competition between them, which could also end up entertaining. We'll see...

Well, putting them in two different places means multiple storylines you can be involved in? But the brother dynamic would also be fun together on one ship, so...

That's my current problem. I will hopefully have it figured out in the next few days or so.

Oh yosh~ <3 Hello there I'm Kaya and the lovely little thing I'm playing as is Louisa Williams. Just clickity click on the pic to read up on her. x3 Anyway~ She's not part of a crew at the moment she's perfectly content at where she's at. However, I'm more than willing to lend her out for plots. <3

yeah... being on Antheia means someone will have to make some characters for you to interact with there, since my characters have just left that planet.
Maybe I'll put a note in the Wanted Characters thread about getting some people on that planet for you to hang out with until a ship comes by.
We're also gonna need some lawmen to even out the ship "playing field" so to speak. All I can say is... Samuel L Jackson totally needs to be the captain, whoever ends up playing him. XD

If a character ends up being stuck on a planet without anybody to talk to, they could probably also interact over the Network. I can see a lot of different characters connecting that way and maybe sharing information/nerding out over whatever TV shows are popular in that part of the galaxy.

I'm also tempted to create/ask if someone else wants to create the Elven girl that Enan had a little thing for. Even though in his history it says she basically shot him down, doesn't mean he cant stop trying. Ahh men... When will you learn? XD

(post redo... I posted in the wrong account. oops) If a character ends up being stuck on a planet without anybody to talk to, they could probably also interact over the Network. I can see a lot of different characters connecting that way and maybe sharing information/nerding out over whatever TV shows are popular in that part of the galaxy. Very true! And even if it doesn't get you anywhere plotwise, it could be excellent for character development in general. Come to think of it, I have a public transmissions section, but I don't have one for private conversations. I should add that!! What! There ain't no snakes on my space ship!
