Unwin had made a landing on the top, giving the people running the docks a good amount of money to keep his presence hidden. Last thing he needed was to have the government officials on him after only a short amount of time. He was only back for one thing, and one thing only. If he could get in and out of Transgene Futures without any hassle it would be perfect.
Taking note of the security updates since his last visit, he puts a quick plan into order. First disguising himself as a visitor and slipping into the small crowd, this gets him inside. After a quick dodge off into a closet he pulls his hair back, changes the colored contacts and pulls out a fake key card. The card had worked wonders last time. He slipped on an extra white coat he had found by a change room and headed east down towards the test labs.
He knew exactly where he was going. Normally he wouldn't approach a job like this so head on. He'd set it up over a longer period of time so there would be less suspicion, but at this point there wasn't enough time for that.
The fake key card had got him in again, he made a small smirk and entered the room holding his prized chemical. The last key to his muscle enhancement experiment. The only problem, was that the last time he had been in the security had managed to place a small track code into the card. They knew he was back. Unwin had gotten careless with his speed. But he was already on his way out when the government was given notice.
He slipped out a back door and messed his hair up again so it wasn't so pulled back and he ditched the white coat. He put the bottle into one of the pockets in his pants and stayed hidden the best he could to avoid looking suspicious from any surveillance.
It wasn't until he saw the government ships that he knew he was going to need another plan. And fast.

Paul didn't usually leave the office, but for Unwin, he'd make an exception. The man was a thief, and the worst kind of thief, the kind who stole intellectual property for his own nefarious use. So, he did leave the office, getting dressed in a bulletproof vest and wearing one of the riot helmets. He didn't bother carrying a gun though. That would have been stupid.
The invalid key card had alerted them and they'd gotten into the air almost immediately, suiting up on the way over. Unwin had a way of slipping through everyone's fingers. He was a slippery one. And what did you do with slippery ones? You tightened the net. The ships came down on the pavement and the doors open.
Enker stepped out into the light, directing soldiers, "Shut down the whole block! Check everyone! Use the DNA scanners! They're set to pick up the anomalies we're looking for!"
The soldiers headed out. Some were in pairs, one holding the scanner and the other holding the gun. The others got to work setting up roadblocks with the ships, blocking other holes with their bodies and sending people back to get scanned.
There weren't many people on the streets, but there were enough. Enker got on the megaphone. It squealed loudly for a second before he got it to work, "Excuse me ladies and gentlemen, but we're searching for a dangerous fugitive. Please let the men check you and we'll send you on your way. It'll be a quick and painless procedure." He assured them. Of course, it wouldn't be painless for Unwin. But it wouldn't be anything he didn't have coming.

Unwin froze behind one of the smaller buildings. 'Shit... that was faster than I thought...' He scanned the troops and the crowd trying to see if there was any possible escape. It seemed the only way to get through was if he could manage blending in with the troops themselves. But the only way of doing that would be a successful but most importantly a quiet take down of one member. He could steal his uniform that way. But how would one lure only one troop over without alerting the others? That was the hard part.
He slowly and quietly moved closer to a smaller group of troops. They didn't seem quite as focused as the others and were probably his best bet in over powering them.
'Slowly... slowly...' he crept up behind one of the men and quickly covered his mouth. He made a struggle so Unwin was forced to snap the mans neck and slowly dragged him off. Hoping the others were too distracted with the confused citizens to notice right away.

There was grumbling from the crowd, but you had to expect that. If you lived in the Top, you got used to being treated well and left alone. But it was only grumbling. In the Below, you could expect some little grubby child to toss a brick at you the moment you showed up. Those had been the old days, when Enker had been stuck doing evictions in the Below. He didn't have to do that anymore. All he had to do was make sure you got criminals whatever way possible, and sometimes the best way was paying other people to do it for you.
Sometimes, the best way was shutting down a city block and scanning every single person. They soldiers started on the bulk of the crowd. Enker looked around. It was locked down alright. So if he was Unwin, and he was trapped, what would he do?
He waved over a pair of soldiers, "Do a quick sweep. Look in any alleys, any dumpsters, any nook or cranny. If you see anything, both of you shout." There was a chance one of them would die immediately if they found Unwin. But a very slim chance they both would. But if they did... "Report to me in five minutes."
They headed off. If they didn't come back in five, Enker would would have to fall back to Plan B. He turned and watched as soldiers slowly started thinning out the crowd and letting cleared people through the barricades.

He managed to find a relatively secluded space and stripped the man of his uniform. He wasn't sure how much longer he could hide in these spaces so he had to move quickly. Managing to get the uniform on and topping it off with the mans helmet he grabbed the weapon and DNA scanner the soldier had on him and headed towards the crowds.
He was pretty sure he knew how to work the DNA scanner, it didn't look to different than one of the devices he had back on the underworld. He proceeded to move into the crowds but still kept a sharp eye out. Did these men even know exactly what it was they were looking for? A few of them seemed almost as confused as the people in the crowd.
He scanned a few people to make himself blend in, but at the same time was slowly heading for one of the blockades. He figured being disguised as a soldier it was the best way to get clearance to leave the area. Once he got past he'd be free. It was just a matter of getting through.

Enker checked his eInkr. The DNA evidence scrolled in, giving a quick headcount of the people being checked. It was looking good. No red flags were going up, all the DNA was proper and belonged to registered citizens.
While he waited for the soldiers to get back from the sweep, he scanned the thinning crowd. It was all looking good. Except for the soldier not working in a pair. Enker frowned. He'd told them to stay in pairs. You could get ambushed if you didn't. And the soldiers were professionals. They wouldn't have disobeyed him.
He quickly waved over a soldier, "Go over and give that one a hand. Stick with him."
The soldier saluted and headed over toward the single one checking DNA. If that was Unwin in uniform, then he'd have to make a move and that would expose him to the whole squad. And if it wasn't, then there would be no problems. Enker carefully looked at the eInkr, trying to look like he was busy at work and not watching the lone soldier.

So far so good, all was going well until he got another soldier joining in right beside him. This was staring to get a bit close. The other man suddenly spoke to him, "Where's your partner?" he asked and continued to scan more people.
Unwin paused for a short time before responding, "Guess we got separated." It was possible right? In a crowd like the one this started as it was bound to happen here and there.
"Don't worry, I got your back," The soldier gave Unwin a pat on the back to reassure him but got a bit of a strange surprise. Unwin twitched, and moved quickly not expecting being touched, and there was a small tear sound. 'Shit! I forgot to re bandage my back... the shirt probably snagged on one of the spines and ripped. He turned to face the startled soldier who's hand had gotten pricked and was now lightly bleeding. "What the fik?!" he snarled.
'Shit shit shit! Unwin panicked a bit and just backed away. The man came at him with the scanner and a very suspicious face. the scanner let out a loud beep and the screen turned red. Unwin cringed at the sound quickly kicked the guy between the legs and as he fell to his knees, elbowed him in the back of the neck.
People started to panic and Unwin took off running.

Enker kept an eye on the new pair. It seemed alright. The partner patted the other one on the back and-
He didn't even need the DNA scanner to go off. He knew instantly that his suspicions were right, it was Unwin. But the DNA scanner made it official, making everyone else's scanners flash red and projecting the face of the man just scanned.
"Sir!" A soldier yelled, coming out from an alley. They were carrying a dead body with them, stripped of his armour. Unwin took off running.
Enker got on the megaphone, yelling "Bring him down!" And around him, those making up the barricades got their guns up. The tranqs inside were meant to pierce armour and put a full-grown adult to sleep. They had no idea if it would work on Unwin, so as an extra precaution, they'd also distributed taser guns. A few men got those out.
While the men mobilized, Enker kept his distance from Unwin. The last thing he needed was to be hit in the crossfire, or be Unwin's next victim.

He forcefully pushed through the crowd. everyone knew he was there, there was no way he'd be able to get a stealthy get away now. He physically fought a few soldiers trying to grab onto him and chucked the helmet at another.
Pulling the small weapon the soldier he stole the uniform had had he shot a few in the legs dropping them, but not killing them, before he felt a sharp sting in his side. 'Damn it!' He pulled a dart from his side and chucked it. He snarled and could feel himself slow a bit. But he continued moving trying to shake the tranq.
It wasn't until three men had jumped him that they managed to knock him down. He struggled and almost broke free from them but the third grabbed three of the tranq darts and shoved them into the side of Unwin's neck. 'Well... That didn't exactly go as planed...' He could feel his body go limp almost instantly. He was still aware of what was going on but couldn't move.
The men let go of him but kept their tasers and tranquilizers trained on him as they awaited further instruction.

Unwin finally went down. Enker strode forward to see Unwin, who was still awake, but clearly paralyzed by the tranqs. That was good. There had been few casualties than he'd been expecting.
"Put him in the Irons." He said to a pair of soldiers. They went off to the ship to get them while Enker crossed over to be near Unwin's face. He waited until the man got a look at him. One eye seemed a bit off, and he could see that something had changed Unwin's spine and made it spiky. "Well now, looks like you're more advanced than we thought."
The soldiers came back, carrying a set of restraints. The heavy things snapped on him easily enough, thick bands of metal at his wrists and then going up the length of his arms, the same happening with his legs. They had no idea how strong he was, or whatever other nasty tricks he had in store, but at least this way he'd be held in place.
They lifted Unwin up so he was in a semi-standing position, leaning against the soldiers. They would have to carry him to the ships. He didn't seem to heavy though. Enker walked up to look his enemy in the face. "Unwin Visvajit, you are under arrest for intellectual property theft, burglary, assault and murder. You have been stripped of your rights as a Terran citizen. You will comply with us. Or you will wish you had never been born. Do you understand?"

Unwin could do nothing as the cold metal was wrapped around his arms and legs. He squinted a bit to see through the fuzzy vision the tranqs had left behind and there he was, Paul Enker. Oh how he wanted to tear that man's head from his shoulders. And this just made that desire stronger.
As Paul had spoke directly to him Unwin's face twitched into a partial snarl and he managed to make a small snort at him. 'Oh, I'll get out... And when I do... I'll finish what I started and come back for you.' he stated angrily in he head as he glared into his enemy's face. He wished he could actually get the words out for Paul to hear himself, but at this point that wasn't really an option.

Unwin clearly tried to react, but couldn't. Enker smiled at him, a nasty tight little thing. "I'll take that as a yes. Load him up. Make sure to do a through check of him before you take him to interrogation. We don't want him to bring along any hidden surprises. Incinerate the clothes, send the rest to evidence."
He watched them load Enker up in a ship, a dozen men coming along to keep him constantly supervised and at gun-point. They'd lost him before when there wasn't enough man power, or because someone was enough of an idiot to lower their gun for a second. The injured and dead were loaded into another ship that headed to the government med center. The rest loaded up and returned to the main detention center. Enker rode along with them, updating his eInkr with the information and sending out a message that they had captured Unwin and were taking him for interrogation.
On the way back, the soldiers congratulated one another by laughing and hitting one another in a friendly manner. Enker stayed out of it. He would note on their records that they had preformed well, but he had zero interest in the male bonding ritual. He had a prisoner to interrogate and tissues samples to collect, and then with any luck, a small 7x7 concrete box to shove Unwin in for the rest of his short, unnatural life.

Unfortunately, even with out the tranqs Unwin wouldn't be able to properly slip out of the irons that had been put on him. Maybe if he was able to finish his strength enhancement he might have been able to. But that was all put on hold now. Though despite his current situation he was rather satisfied with the fact that it took a total of 4 tranqs to stop him, and the fact that a few of the hits he'd landed probably cracked a few bones in Enker's men. Having a reinforced skeleton was handy in a fight. Gave you a better chance of avoiding major injuries.
His eyes scanned the inside of the vehicle and the men with their weapons pointed at him. Celebrations already? If he could have let out a muffled laugh he would have but it came out as a very quiet snicker. You don't just celebrate that quickly, even Unwin knew that and he was on the opposite side of the law. There was always a chance of escape, and it was usually when you least expect it.
There had to be some way of getting out of the irons. A weak spot maybe? Right near the hinges if anywhere. He could very slowly feel the effects of the tranqs weaken. It would be a while before he would be back to his full movements.
