As darkness settled on the forest, Celyn had that odd sense that she was alone. She had stopped, letting her eye's adjust to the darker scene. Where in the hell was that damn fox? She couldn't see anything scampering around the forest floor, Did she get lost? Crap.
Celyn looked around, which way had she come? This way..No That way? Where was Crys!? "Crys! Crystal, Where are you!?" she called out, peeping one way and then another, hoping to hear something..See something. But all she heard was the eerie call of an animal. Something that was far from anything a human would make.
She rubbed her arms, It was far colder now. Especially for a human with nothing but shorts, a white shirt and boots on. Deciding it was best to keep moving, maybe Crys was just up ahead waiting for her.. Yeah that was it. She was just up ahead waiting for the slow human girl.. Yeah.
Where was up ahead? It seemed like she'd been walking alone in the cold for sometime, but in honesty she hadn't. The tree's had started to thin out, and one of the moons light filtered through the scrambly branches. Making her heart race with fear. It was like a scene from a horror movie, The kind where you sit in your seat screaming for them to go the other way, but they keep on going, Straight into the hands of death.

Benjamin was taking a walk around La Notte. His hunger was growing which made made every step that much more painful. There were no other Vampires around his location so he sat down and leaned against the outer wall of the Mansion.
Suddenly he smelt something. It smelt... human. He stood up and looked around. There was nobody within eye sight so he took off to where the scent came from. He anxiously ran, dodging trees. The smell was glorious.
He stopped when he saw a human girl walking deeper and deeper into the forest. This was perfect! A lone human with no one around but him. He could have it all himself and not need to share with anyone. Especially not Eli. He stopped moving far away from her so she didn't see him. As much as he hated waited for his food, stealth was the best weapon. If there's anything that he's learned over the many years of prey getting away, it was that stealthiness is key to hunting. Hopefully she wouldn't notice him.

Something about this place was all but strange, more like down right frightening. The tree's seemed to tear at her and grab her, So many times she lost her footing, scraping her bare knee's till blood now caked with dirt covered her once pretty little legs. Rubbing her arms she wandered out of the cover of the tree's, The moonlight filtered down upon her in silvery waves... She stopped now to look around, Where was she?
A stick cracked off to the left and her eye's stared deep into the Darkness, of course she couldn't see what it was, but no longer did she feel so alone. "Crystal?" she asked softly, her breath coming out in a burst of fog in the cold air. "Is that you?" she dared to call out into the night air... but something about her surroundings wasn;t right. The air seemed still, Heavy with... Fear? Of course. She should've never left Tere...
Slowly she backed away from the tree's, A rock formation lay beside a small expanse of what looked like water. Slowly she let her hands run over the formation as she looked for somewhere to sit, Her eye's never leaving the area from which the noise had come from..

Crap, Ben thought, She heard me. Stealth wasn't his forte. He needed to work on it a little more. Ben was pretty sure she didn't see him though. He ducked even lower. Human eyes weren't as good as vampire eyes. Or at least that's what he was told. Weres not only would have seen him already, but they would have smelt and heard him as well.
Ben was getting impatient. He began to question the logic of stealth and waiting. It just gave the prey more tie to get away. Stealth is for people who can't fight! He declared in his mind. At that, he charged. The girl would not be fast enough to get away now. He leaped off the ground at the innocent and delicious looking human girl, his mouth was watering.

Branches nicked at his face as Eli tore through the trees, the vampire still hoping that he would be the first to reach the human girl. She meant a whole lot more than a tasty meal. She was bait first, and a meal later.
It took a moment for him to finally pick up the human scent, followed immediately by a flash of something through the trees. There she was, still alive. Relieved, Eli allowed himself to slow to a jog, and then headed for her.
Out of the corner of his eyes he saw something else move, realizing immediately it was another Vampire. "NO YOU IDIOT!!" Eli yelped, leaping in the direction of the vampire now, aiming to knock him out of his leap towards the girl.

Ben was so excited to finally have a human in his grasp when he heard someone yell, then suddenly something grabbed him out of the air. He flew to the side and slammed on the ground, rolling. He stopped rolling and looked at whoever did this.
"Eli, what the fik?!?" Ben screamed. Eli was trying to stop him because he wanted the girl for himself. Well he can't have her! Ben was pissed now and took a swipe at Eli. He wasn't even close to him so he missed by a mile. He was so angry he wasn't thinking straight. "You can't have her!"

Eli didn't even bother to duck from the swipe at him. He'd already hopped enough out of the way in hopes of making sure the girl wasn't running away right away. He searched the trees frantically. If she'd heard them, she would have bolted. If she hadn't, she may have kept wandering in the opposite direction. He had to think quickly in case she'd fled.
"Shut up!" he snapped at Ben, feeling irritated beyond belief. Of course it had to be Brawns that found her first. "Just stop and use your brain for a second before you go all caveman on me again! We can't lose this bait[/b]! Did you see which way she went??"

Suddenly from where the shadows lay she could hear voices, Very faintly yelling at what seemed to be another thing. It was like something clicked in her brain, Perhaps a sixth sense telling her to get her butt in gear and get the hell out of there. Though her legs seemed like they weighed a hundred pounds and glued to the forest floor, that was till she head something say 'We can't lose this bait! Did you see which way she went??"
Suddenly she spun on her heels, her hands out streched in front of her as she took off through the clearing. Tree's whizzed by her as she ran as fast as she could, Though unknowingly in the totally wrong direction. Rather then heading back to where Tere was she was only going closer and closer to the Vampire's home. She had no clue what really was behind her, All she knew is something wanted her.. She knew better then to leave without telling Tere.
Suddenly her feet left the ground and her hands met with the dirt, one of her boots had gotten stuck between two roots and wouldn't come out. She tugged on the damn thing. Her finger's desperatly trying to slide her leg out of the boot.
She could hear tree's moving and twigs snapping from the direction she had tried running from. Her movements became more frantic, That was till she could see the forms of somethings coming closer and closer... She froze. A mixture of fear and dread coming over her as she scrambled backwards on her hands, but couldn't get away... Her foot was still stuck in the damn root.

Ben was angry and confused. "No I didn't see where she went because you tackled me out of the air!" What was Eli talking about? He paused to think for a second at his ealier comment. "What the fik do you mean, bait?"
Ben wanted nothing more than to rip off Eli's head right then and there, then go find her all for himself. That was only if none of the other vampires haven't already heard what all the commotion was. Ben tried to get the scent again but his head was dizzy from the fall head had taken. "Dammit! I can't see her!"

"Yeah, bait," Eli snapped. "Get this... she's Lion Boy's new human toy."
He did his best to try to see if he could hear anything in the forest. Finally he picked up some movement. Maybe it was just a rodent, but it was the best lead he had. He took off into the trees once more in the direction of the noise.
Finally he caught a glance of movement on the ground. Definitely not a mouse. She came into view and Eli couldn't help but smile. She was stuck on a root. She was gorgeous. And she was theirs.
"Well well well... you just had to make this too easy for me, didn't you?" he commented as he crouched down next to her.

Ben perked up at the mention of Lion Boy. That Lion Were that they had a little fun with a while back. Now Ben understood why Eli stopped him. "Oh, then what are we waiting for?" As much as he wanted to eat the human, he really wanted to torture Terence a little more. Maybe after they could eat her.
Ben followed Eli to wherever he was going. He must have found a lead on where the girl was now. They stopped to a point where the girl lay on the ground. Her foot was stuck between some roots. Perfect.
Ben wasn't sure what Eli exactly wanted to do but he wanted a part of it. Genevieve probably would too. Ben made a quiet maniacal chuckle.

Seeing the twisted smile on the pale face,of what she would later come to realize was a vampire, made her grimace. Staring into their dark eye's she felt nothing but utter dismay and disgust as their eye's ravaged her body. One looked a bit hungrier then the other... and she tugged at her foot somemore.
As the skinny one knelt down beside her, she tried to look as mean as she could "Get away from me, you filthy scum!" It was her best attempt at being threatening, What was a mere Human girl going to do against something that was already dead?
She grimaced once again as she moved, Trying to pull her ankle out from the grips of the root, but stoped as her ankle began to throb. She probably twisted it, She'd have to look at it first to be sure. Whatever these guys were, They stunk. Like rotting flesh, there was no warmth coming from them.. Nor did it sound like they were even breathing! Her hazel eye's wandered the forest around them... They'd kill her now, and no one would ever now..

Eli let his eyes fall upon her ankle, and he stuck out his bottom lip into a pout. "That must hurt. Here hun, let me get that for you." He reached over and worked at the root, loosening it's grasp at her foot. Sometimes he could swear the trees had lives of their own. Thankfully this one seemed to be on their side.
He finally pulled her foot away from the root, freeing her. He wasn't scared of her getting away. If she ran, the two of them would easily be able to snatch her back up again. But just in case, he snatched up her chin in his hand, tight enough that he could hold onto her without her wrenching away, but not tight enough to hurt her. He didn't want to hurt her.
At least not yet.
He scanned her face, taking in her beauty. She smelled wonderful, her human blood pumping through her veins wildly as her heart rate continued to increase. He smiled. "You are absolutely perfect, aren't you, little one? No wonder Lion Boy claimed you."

Hazel eye's narrowed as his hand neared her ankle, and as soon as she could she yanked her foot away from his reach. Her finger's quickly cupping the thin limb and rubbing it softly. It ached, but nothing like a broken bone would...It was probably either twisted or just a sprain. It wouldn't take long to heal..
She couldn't run now, Not that she would get that far. His cold slimy hand gripped her chin, His grip was strong though not enough to harm her, but beneath his skin she knew there were enough Muscle to crush her. Or atleast that's what she'd heard in the stories.
Her heart rate increased as the skin on her face grew cold and the skin on her arms covered in goosebumps. It was already cold outside, His touch hadn't help it any. She narrowed her eye's as he spoke, but when he mentioned 'Lion boy' she gasped. Or as much as she could with his cold hand on her chin. This must have been one of the Vampires he had told her about on the ship. Once again she shivered, but this time out of dread not for herself but for Tere. If only she could get to him, and tell him to just leave the planet... maybe he would. She didn't matter, Right? She was just some little human girl...
It still didn't stop the anger from coursing through her veins as she glared deep into his souless eye's. "Just leave him alone.." she said softly, almost pleading..

Benjamin had to laugh harder after she called them "filthy scum." There wasn't much that could insult a vampire and what she called them was hilarious to him. It techincally was true but the fact that she tried to intimidate them with it was pathetic.
This girl was beautiful. That made resisting eating her even harder. But he'd just have to be extremely patient until they had fun with Terence. She also smelled like a gourmet meal served from a five star restaurant.
When she tried to tell them off, Ben smiled. "Aww... does little girl here not want us to hurt her boyfriend?" His smile grew even bigger, revealing his sharp teeth. Then he let aout another laugh.
