After making his way back to the Underworld, through various means of transportation, Unwin instantly headed back to his hotel room. He checked things to make sure everything was how he left them and then sat to see the damage to his arm. He slowly cut the makeshift cast and knew right away something wasn't right. It was still in far too much pain to have been set properly and even the place where his bone had split skin wasn't closing up the way it should.
He wrinkled his nose up at the mess and did his best to wrap it up in a better way. He knew he didn't know or have the proper skills on how to fix it, so he was going to have to find someone who did. If not, he may be forced with some permanent damage. Once satisfied with the wrapping of his arm he popped a couple pain killers and made a sling.
Heading out to the Blind Duck was something he hadn't done in a while, and maybe a bit of drinking could help ease the pain a bit more. So he made his way to one of the many Underworld bars.
He made a point to avoid any fights that were happening, found a spot at the bar and ordered a drink. Maybe someone around had some for of medical training... Hell, this is the underworld, the chances of having someone who actually finished med school around would be slim to none.

Lealia closed up later than usual, whistling happily to herself. It had been a great day. She'd sold a bunch of weapons, even a few of her new experimental guns to guys who didn't seem too deterred by the "as is" label. And she'd had breakfast with Grace, which always picked Lealia's spirits up, and the new man hadn't come along which made it even better.
Now, she was looking forwards to having a few drinks, and hanging out with Earl. He'd just gotten in a couple of platypuses, which were the funniest animals she'd ever seen. It was like a freak genetic engineering accident, only Earl said they were around before genetic engineering, which just made it all the more funny.
As she wandered up to the bar, she spotted everybody's favourite genetically engineered thief. She headed over and sat beside him, ready to tell Unwin all about the weirdo animals. But then she spotted his arm. That was a shock. She didn't know a whole lot about what had been done to Unwin (he was pretty quiet about it) but she'd seen him take punches that would have broken another dude's bones and walked away from it.
"Awww, your arm!" Lealia said, "How'd you break it? Did it get caught in something?"

Unwin had paused mid drink as he heard a familiar voice. He quickly finished his sip and put his mug down. Lealia, someone he didn't mind chatting with. He made a small smile and then glance down at his left arm in the make shift sling.
"I ran into the military when I decided to go back to Terra... Bastards can't even properly fix a prisoner's injury, that they caused," He said with a small grumble. No one needed to know that it was one man that seemed to easily snap his arm. Military in general was a good enough answer. "Though, I think it's safe to say that I may have just left with a bigger target on my head than when I arrived." He made a smirk and took another drink.
He thought he had stopped the bleeding when he removed the other so called cast, but his current wrapping had a small bit of red starting to seep through the cloth. He tried to ignore another shot of pain and decided to ask, "Anything exciting happen lately?"

The military? Well, that explained a lot. "What bastards!" Lealia said, with a particular amount of venom in her voice. She didn't like the military. They all though they had the right to push people around and limit what weapons could be used and be the bullies of the solar system. And now they'd gone and broken Unwin's arm.
"I saw the bounty increase! You musta really pissed them off!" The bartender came around and Lealia ordered a Hemidall Sunrise. She was one of the few people who drank real cocktails, instead of just straight booze. Lealia just liked them better. What was the point of drinking something pee-yellow when you could drink something bright pink or green? News was always a good subject. "Oh nothing much! Weasel's killed a guy and stole his ship, there's new animals at the zoo, and they're slaughtering chickens on the south-west point, so I hope you're not docked on that end of the Underworld because it's going to stink pretty soon." The layered orange and yellow drink arrived, and Lealia happily sipped at it.

"Tell me about it," he laughed a bit at her cursing of the military. He was curious as to how much more the bounty was now, he could only imagine the look on that Cain fellows face when he was let out. He'd have to check into that more later.
Unwin made a slight shudder at the mention of Weasel. He knew about the guy, and how he felt the need to dismember his victims instead of just kill them with a simple gunshot to the head sort of way. He was messy, loud, and someone Unwin wanted very much to stay clear from. "Didn't they just kill a bunch of chickens not to long ago...?" The smell left by those birds was not a pleasant smell at all, and he was glad they usually did it in one area and not near where he stayed.
"Hey do you know if that med guy that was here for a while last month is still around or not? I need more pain killers... I'm on my last bottle." There had been some traveling guy around a while ago that seemed to always have a large amount of, most likely stolen, medical supplies. Though they weren't the greatest, they worked, and that's all that mattered.

"Yeah, but we're getting low on meat again! And they're trading some to Nox for water!" Water was the most essential thing on the Underworld, besides air of course, and while nobody could charge you for air, they sure as heck could for water. The recycle systems were top of the line, absolutely no liquid was wasted, and yet water was still what the Underworld always needed most. At least the ship managed to reduce the evaporation, though it didn't stop people from taking it with them when they left.
Lealia always had fresh water, but the great thing about selling guns what that you always had money, and you always had people happy to give you what you wanted in case you used the gun on them.
She shook her head, "Rob's long gone. Nobody knows where he'd gone to now." Probably off breaking into a hospital somewhere and taking all the good expensive drugs. They were always in demand on the Underworld. "And the vet's down on Nox treating some weres."
Lealia was about to suggest he swing by the market and see if anybody had stuff for trade, when she suddenly remembered what Grace had said that morning. "But I know somebody who's got a real doctor working for them! I don't know if she's got painkillers with her, but maybe the doc can write you a fake prescription!"

Figures the guy left. No one was ever around when you needed them the most. But what caught Unwin's attention was the mention of an actual doctor. Perhaps he also had surgical skills? This would be fantastic, after all he could pretty much pay what ever they would ask. It was a plus side to being a top notch con artist and thief. You managed to keep hold of a great deal of money. Perhaps he could also work in an extra little experiment.
"A doctor eh?" he asked, Lealia definitely had his full attention now. "Do you think he could give this a look?" He slightly raised his broken arm. "Just make sure everything's all put back the way it should be."

"Yeah!" Lealia has no idea if he could, but she knew Unwin could pay and Grace always liked money, so the answer was probably a yes. Or at least, if it didn't work out, maybe they knew somebody. That arm was really not looking good. Lealia was pretty sure it was bleeding through the sling, which was probably not even slightly comfortable.
She took another sip of her drink and pulled out her padd, sending Grace a message to see if she was hanging around. "Apparently he's even got a medical licence!" Now that was something you didn't find in the Underworld much. Doctors? Sure! But people with a valid medical licence tended to stay planetside or at least didn't go to the Underworld.
The padd beeped and Lealia checked the message. Grace had sent back the affirmative, "Okay, she says it's cool to come see him!"

"Licence? And he's here willingly?" Unwin made a small snicker. This guy might be more useful than he originally thought. He decided it might be better to try his little experiment after all. Once there was confirmation that he could have access to this doctor fellow he knew he might be able to put this mini plan into action. If the arm wouldn't heal naturally perhaps a little DNA insert would help it go a little faster.
"Perfect!" He smiled and finished off his drink, "I'm gonna go grab a thing or two from my place and I'll be back." He flipped a few credits onto the bar as he stood up. This was great. Perhaps the military hostage thing wasn't so bad after all. In the end things were working out to his advantage.
Arriving back at his place he quickly went through all his hidden products from different chemicals to DNA samples. He found what he needed and dug through a folder with his own notes and calculations. He quickly but carefully mixed a few key components and once finished had a nifty little vial filled with a dark sort of purplish fluid. With a satisfied grin he put the vial into his pocket and headed back out.
"Alright, I'm good. Care to lead the way?" He smiled at his favorite weapons dealer.

Lealia quickly gulped down her drink and left the bar with Unwin. This wasn't how she thought she'd spend her evening but she always liked new things, especially surprises. She also liked the opportunity to look at Unwin's place, which Lealia had never been to. It was nice, if low-key. Her own hotel room was full of bright decorations and assorted clutter.
"Sure thing!" She said once he got all his stuff together. It wasn't too far away from where the saucer was parked, and it was down most of the way which really made things go quicker. They took the elevator down to to the dock, and found the saucer sitting inside one of the larger bays. Sitting on three legs, and with the ramp down, it was a strange looking ship compared to the others.
"Hey Grace!" She called out as they got real close. A moment later, Grace came out of the ship, and Lealia felt butterflies in her stomach, like she always did. "This is Unwin Visvajit! He's the guy looking for a doctor!"

Grace was organizing the hidden storage, freezer doors open to cycle out the stale air of the storage. During the trip to Glacies, the box full of feathers had fallen on the ground and opened up, and she was picking them up. It was boring work, but considering the price they fetched when the right people came calling, it was worth keeping them in good condition. She hear Lealia call, and put the box back on the shelf, stepping into the freezer and sliding the back panel shut behind her. The freezer door was closed once she was out of it, and then she jogged down the ramp.
Lealia was beaming, and there was someone beside her. She didn't recognize the name, but she realized that she knew the man. He'd been a hell of a lot younger when she last saw him, but his facial features were as distinctive now as they had been then. And it was pretty clear from the look on his face that he knew who she was too.
Grace laughed to herself, walking down the ramp, "Son of a bitch." She said, still grinning, "I thought I told you I'd cut your eyelids off if I ever saw you again."

It wasn't until the woman had walked out of the ship that he realized he may not be quite as lucky as he thought. He knew that grin oh too well back in the day. He suddenly felt a little bit uncomfortable. "Ah hell..." he mumbled quietly and put his good hand over his eyes "I swear to God I did not know this was your ship!"
He remembered the threat clearly. When he was younger he had his fair share of gang related activities, though never all for the same gang. He was one of the little rats the gangs would higher if they needed something done that they couldn't do themselves. And boy did he get in deep with the Molls. Maybe she'd cut him some slack, after all... it was years ago. But if she was the same person she was then, it wasn't too likely.
"You're not gonna actually carve my face are you...?" He asked cautiously.

Lealia glanced back and forth between Grace and Unwin. There was always a chance you'd meet somebody you knew from somewhere else, a heist or a bar, but that was so unlikely. Space was huge, and there were billions upon billions of humans on Terra and in space. On the other hand, if you grew up in crime, you tended to stick to it.
"You guys know each other?" Lealia was kinda hoping this didn't end in bloodshed, even though it would probably be a really cool fight. If it was any other two people, she would have happily backed off to watch. But Unwin was a great customer and Grace was... well, she was Grace. And Lealia really didn't want either of them to end up dead.

Grace grinned even bigger. It was always nice to see her reputation was alive and well. "I'm not in the Molls anymore, and this isn't my turf, so I can let it slide."
She came to a stop in front of them, turning her head to look at Lealia, "We've met, but we didn't exchange names. He was working for the wrong side. Lucky for him, he caught me on a good day and I didn't feel the need to make an example out of him." Lealia was aware Grace had been in a gang, but she didn't know the full details, and Grace preferred to keep it that way.
"Well, come on board. Enan's in the mess hall, he'll take a look at that arm of yours." Neither of them had mentioned what the problem was, but it was pretty easy to figure it out. She headed back up into the ship, leading the way to the mess.

Unwin relaxed a bit and made a sigh of relief. He didn't need more added to his arm injury, he wanted to fix it, and was very relieved that they were not stuck in the past back on Terra. When Grace said to come on board he sort of gave Lealia a small pat on the back and a thank you before following Grace up the ramp.
Saucer ships were strange but interesting at the same time. It was kind of difficult to see how they could still run. The other designs were so much more practical to him, he figured the saucers that were still around now were just for show.
Hopefully this Enan guy wasn't some sort of undercover doctor. Although if he was, Grace probably would have figured that out by now and would have taken care of things. Why? Because that's the type of person she seemed to be, which was completely fine with Unwin, as long as he's not the one being taken care of.
Entering the mess hall and seeing this guy, Unwin wasn't exactly sure what to think. At first glance, he didn't exactly look like your typical doctor. But again, this was the Underworld. Anyone could be anything.
